The story takes place in Frankfurt, a versatile, cosmopolitan and open-minded city where we follow in parallel the lives of two women. MONIKA is a 40 year-old, goal oriented, successful, single-minded ambitious executive. Her life revolves around her work and the laws of competition. She is trapped in the mechanics of her career and has forgotten about enjoying other aspects of life. LUISA is a sensitive, 24 year-old free-spirited dreamer, looking for a new job. MONIKA and LUISA will never meet but their lives will be strongly influenced by the presence of a bike courier named AXEL.
